I’m married to Cassie and we live with our 2 kids and dog just outside of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Following a degree in Theology I worked for a community organisation and quickly discovered that I enjoyed working with people - and I especially enjoyed the complexity that working with people brings. After a bit of an unexpected pivot I found myself in the world of consulting and I discovered a career that gives me a brilliant blend of working with people and solving complex challenges. Getting to work with passionate and intelligent colleagues at LanciaConsult, alongside some of the world’s largest and most well known brands to solve their most complex business challenges is a great privilege.
I spend a considerable amount of my time reading and researching - especially in the areas of human behaviour, leadership & management, and teams - occasionally I’ll share some of my own reflections or thinking over on LinkedIn or elsewhere.
